Nathusius' pipistrelle in Great Britain & Ireland

This web site has been designed by Jon Russ. Jon is currently director of Ridgeway Ecology, an ecological consultancy specialising in bats and additionally works for the Bat Conservation Trust as project coordinator of the Indicator Bats Program (iBats). • A survey of distribution and habitat use of bats in Northern Ireland
• Constuction of an echolocation key to the bats of Madagascar, plus subsequent surveys
• Action plans for the bats of Northern Ireland
• Development of a car survey monitoring protocol for bats in the Republic of Ireland
• A study of the hibernal and pre-hibernal activity of Leisler's bat in Northern Ireland
